Pinghe honey pomelo now has four varieties. The improvement of the color of the grapefruit pulp makes the nutritional content of the honey pomelo higher. The price of red heart honey pomelo and three red honey pomelo and freshly produced yellow heart honey pomelo is higher than that of ordinary grapefruit.

Quxi honey pomelo is a subtropical evergreen small arbor tree with a rounded head, strong tree branches, drooping branches, dense foliage, large leaves, long ovals, and no irritating taste after leaf stalking. Young trees can be sucked 4-5 times a year under the conditions of sufficient water and fertilizer, and the spring shoots are the result of the mother branch. The flower buds of Guanxi honey pomelo are in the period from September to December, and in the middle and late March of March, the flowering period is around mid-April, and the fruit matures in late October. The growth and development of Guanxi honey pomelo requires good ecological conditions: the annual average temperature is about 21.2oC, and the soil pH is between 4.8-5.5.
